My Utopian society's name is Laugh Land. Everyone in this Land would always be happy.
Declaration of Independence : The people of Laugh Land will always be treated equally and will always be happy. Every law passed will only be passed for the Happiness of are people. When ever are government makes a rule we will do what we can to make everyone in our community happy. The people in Laugh Land are entitled to certain rights, these rights include Life, the ability to express ones opinion, and the pursuit of Happiness.
The people of Laugh Land are required to vote and say there own opinions. We will come together to help anyone that is suffering. The people of Laugh Land will all be treated the same no matter what they do. If you disrupt the peace you will be sent away. The people of Laugh Land should always be happy even if something doesn't go exactly how they expected.
My slogan is " Laugh till it hurts!" If everyone follows this Motto then everyone should be happy. My flag is on the back.
My animal is a Elephant not because it makes you laugh but because my Community is very peaceful and a elephant represent peace, dignity, intelligence, and power.

10 rules for my Community are:
- No violence! If you are violent then there is something wrong that is making you unhappy. If you are a little violent you will be sent to jail for three days. If caught being violent again the same thing will happen. The third time you will be shunned and after 30 days you may return. This violence consists of any physical violence.
- No Bullying! If someone is being bullied then they of course are not happy. If you are bulling then you will be sent to jail for 1 day
- Have to recycle! Recycling is not hard so everyone is required to do it and it is good for the environment. If caught not recycling then you will be sent to pick up trash and recyclables for a whole week.
- No littering! If you area caught littering you will be sent to pick trash off the side of the road.
- No abusing animals! if you are caught abusing animals you will be shunned from this land. The animals should be happy too
- You must spay and neuter! That way there are not a lot of sad animals in humane shelters.
- Respect everyone! Everyone should be respected if they are not they won't be happy.
- Express your own opinion! Everyone has their own opinion so they would be happy if they get to express it.
- Always listen to the government! Everyone should always listen to the government.
- Always follow all rules! If any rules are broken there will be consequences.
My government will be a Democracy. The people will have a big say in how things are done. Of course the Congress has to approve the laws but the People will have a big part.
Education:
Of course everyone will be educated. Everyone is supposed to read and the curriculum is just like it is now. Everyone will be very educated from Preschool until College and are required to go to school.
The schedule of a typical person in Laugh Land is: from 7 a.m.- 2p.m.go to work, exercise like playing a sport from 2:30 p.m.- 4:30 p.m., eat, read and go to bed. The People are required to do this almost everyday. For a student they go to school from 7a.m.-1p.m., then exercise until 3:30 p.m. the eat, read, and go to bed.
