The United States does not really like new people coming to the this country. They always think that the Arabic people are going to bomb places, when they come here. The United States does like mexicans coming to this country. So i'm sure that there could be a Holocaust here today. There was a Holocaust of the Native Americans when Europeans first came here, so i'm sure it could happen again. If there was a large majority of people that were from a different country i'm sure that the government would 'get rid of them'. This country is very sensitive when it comes to 911. If something like that happened again with people in our country, the government would kill them; which could lead to a Holocaust.

To Chardonnay Bennett,

I also read about the genocide in Rwanda. They didn't earn anything by being violent. Something bad might happen to a country and in return they go to war, to get power or revenge.  I agree because most of the time it does backfire.

To Emily,

It is very imaginable  trying to think of how one human being could do that to another; I thought the same exact thing. I also feel like I know Elie a lot more. I think that night will give me a better look at the Holocaust. I also don't think that it's possible to feel what the people in the Holocaust felt. I would also love to talk to Elie.

To Londyn,

I feel the same way. I have a rough patches in my life but not like Elie. I agree that the whole thing was very disturbing. The hair, suitcases, shoes, and baby clothes were probably the most disturbing. The Nazis did want to take everything away from them. I am also very excited to read Night. I want to know how he felt and how he lived through it.

This picture shows that those men didn't get this land by asking for it. They got this land by killing other men, women, and children that already lived here. Those men should be on those rocks, not the ones that are there now.
