         This is the map for the trail of tears, the the long journey the Native Americans had to take to move across the Mississippi to their new land.

            This picture shows all of the tribes. This picture represents how all of these tribes were killed or sent into one area to live.

 This picture is the reservations they live on. There were a lot of tibes and they had lots of land but now they hardly have anything.

                This is Christopher Columbus, he sailed to America and claimed it his, even though there were already people living there. He decided he did not wan those people on "his" new land so he decided to get rid of them.

               This is Andrew Jackson, he is the one that made the famous Trail of Tears in the 1800s.

             This picture is battle of little bighorn. In this battle the English wanted to take over while Native Americans were trying to stop it.


 This is the battle of fallen timbers where many settlers and Native Americans died.


   This picture shows how the settlers were taking all of the Native American's resources.

 This picture shows that those men didn't get this land by asking for it. They got this land by killing other men, women, and children that already lived here. Those men should be on those rocks, not the ones that are there now.

 This is Thomas Jefferson; he created the Indian Removal Act. Which then sent the Native Americans on a long journey where most of them died.

  2. I had the same picture of Christopher Columbus. He was an important subject in this genocide. I knew about Andrew Jackson but I didn't provide a picture. The way you provided route maps also gave me a sense of how hard their travel must have been.
